“I found the content really helpful, very accessible and not overwhelming at any stage. There was a very holistic approach so that the advice covered much more than nutrition, and everything was linked to perimenopause symptoms in a clear, factual way that explained the potential benefits in a way that allowed for personal choice. The information was presented in a way that made it very worthwhile taking the course, as opposed to reading the information elsewhere because it was very specifically tailored to the reality of most women's daily lives. This wasn't a programme you needed to follow to the letter, it was very much a case of picking and choosing the elements that appealed and might help you individually, and so it reflected the diversity of women's experiences.”
