Would you like an uncomplicated, harmonious, healthy family life without ever needing to diet again?
Being a mum is full of surprises. And learning how to keep up with your child as they transition from weaning onto eating full meals is no exception. You may have been getting on OK with only having to feed yourself (and possibly your partner) before children but convincing little people to trust you about what is good for them can be pretty challenging.
The pressure can be immense.
Can you relate to the following?
Shopping for food and working out what to cook and eat stresses you out
You find yourself looking into your fridge and cupboards in despair
Aimlessly wandering the supermarket aisles, too tired to decide what to buy
You think your family eats as well as the next, but you’re really not sure
You have more questions than answers about how to eat a balanced diet
Advertising, the media and public information on nutrition makes it all overwhelmingly confusing
You’re super busy and feel as though learning about nutrition is a part time job in itself
In this fast-paced, modern world, it has become more difficult for people to confidently eat well. Subjects such as home economics and food science are being replaced by more modern subjects in many schools. The previous generation of adults generally had at least one parent or grandparent at home, passing on their wisdom about how to grow and cook fresh, natural food. Now the cost of living and cultural shift has made that lifestyle very rare.
With a small investment in time, you can learn everything you need to know to eat and cook well and secure a healthier future for yourself and your family. And cooking needn’t be complicated or take up hours in the kitchen!
Would you like to know the secrets behind those mysterious families that seem to find time for busy working lives and a healthy lifestyle?

Why is this course different?
This course was inspired by my own personal journey from being a new mum, trying my best but battling illness and not really having a clue why, to trained nutritional therapist.
My children weren’t born into a nutritionist lifestyle and so I see first-hand the reality of trying to change eating behaviours and get past fussiness for the sake of our health.
I take you step-by-step through learning everything you need to know, in a quick and practical style. You don’t need to study for three years to diploma level to learn what you need to thrive as a family.
This is a realistic and easy to follow course that will help you to ditch the pressure to try quick fix diets and avoid spending your hard-earned money on marketing gimmicks that offer false promises and don’t support your health goals.
Having a good understanding of nutrition and a healthy lifestyle is a gift that you can pass on to your children to make a very significant difference to their wellbeing, quality of life and opportunities.
